Pigeon enthusiasts are eagerly looking forward to the start of the season. However, due to the predicted bad weather conditions, it will be a challenge for many to get their old pigeons ready in time. After all, it is the wish of every enthusiast to appear at the start with well-trained pigeons, as no one wants to make a bad impression at the start of the new season.
A number of enthusiasts have registered conditionally, hoping that they can still get their pigeons to the start. As many say, “if it’s good in the morning, then we can go and train the pigeons and we’re ready for the first flight”. Saturday, April 6th promises to be a beautiful day with temperatures that can rise above 20 degrees and a lot of sun, ideal weather for the pigeons!
The pigeon season can start, although the first flight of the season will be too early for some enthusiasts, as they cannot get their pigeons ready in time for this flight. But it will be difficult, as the weather forecast for Wednesday and Thursday indicates little sun and 90% precipitation. From Friday it will then get better, with Saturday being the best day! The season is slowly but surely getting underway and together we dream of many beautiful weekends in the coming months!
