We are pleased to announce that our meal day was a great success, thanks to the fantastic support of everyone who was there. First and foremost, we want to thank EVERYONE for their contribution; without you, this would not have been possible.
The participants at the buffet, the caterer, and the helpers all deserve a big round of applause for their dedication and enthusiasm. The many positive reactions we have received so far show us that the meal day is certainly worth repeating. Therefore, as a board, we plan to organize another meal day in 2026. We will keep you informed via this website and our Facebook page. The new location also received a lot of admiration.
It was heartwarming to see everyone go home satisfied, without hunger, and with a smile on their faces. This gave a tremendous boost to both the helpers and the board. Naturally, we also discovered a few areas for improvement, such as providing 'THIRST' signs and improving the quality of the first coffee made. The number of parking spaces was also insufficient, especially during the lunchtime session. We will certainly take these points into account in the organization of our meal day in 2026.
